Working For You

Exmouth needs investment in its infrastructure to match the increase in population of all ages as a result of new housing developments. We are the largest Town in Devon.

Working together we can achieve the aspirations Exmouth people wish. We will need to look to the future and the opportunities Exmouth can take. Exmouth has very good rail, bus, road and air links to other parts of the UK and Europe. We are on the tip of the area of economic expansion that is linked to Exeter. A new Town is to be built called Cranbrook, Skypark is a busness park linked to Exeter Airport and it is proposed to have a science park linked to Exeter University.

Exmouth Community College has had a good report from OFSTED and is improving the opportunities for young people with good exam results not just in GCSE's, 'A' levels but also NVQ's. We must try and ensure these young people can access these opportunities with good quality jobs and salaries.
